I have recently encouraged my parents to move to the surgery from a Belper practice that was failing them. Since moving they have had extremely thorough medical tests and as a result have been referred for further specialist treatments. They are being cared for by Dr Wood and Dr Adiele and have nothing but praise for their care and attention, for which I am very grateful. We are a little concerned about the new Sit and Wait system to be implemented in May, but hope with careful planning it will be better for doctor and patient, but I suspect it will not suit everyone and the lovely ladies on reception may bear the brunt of this.

We are told 1 appointment one problem but they are always running late - set doctors not all. Electronic prescription service is poor. Have once had to wait 5 hours for a prescription to go less than half a mile away when I could have taken the slip and done it in 20 minutes.
